Our journey began with Professor John Mew who as an orthodontist began taking an interest in facial form, not just straightening teeth. His methods began to unlock the secrets to physical well-being and properly balanced facial structure. Dr. Mike Mew, his son, and a renowned orthodontist and pioneer in the field of Orthotropics, took up where his father left off and began to develop a series of exercises and postures that could help with correcting facial form. His groundbreaking work on facial development and the mewing technique has caught the attention of millions of people, changing lives for the better.

Fuelled by the vision of empowering individuals to take control of their health and appearance, we set out to create a platform that would serve as a comprehensive resource and guide to Mike Mew's mewing practices. We envisioned a simple, easy to use and affordable app where people from all walks of life could come together to learn, track their progress and embark on a journey of self-improvement.
